Sync settings
We’re pleased to introduce a new feature that provides enhanced control over the synchronization of employee information from your directory with WiseStamp. With the new Sync feature, you can select specific fields to import, such as department, title, phone number, and more, with just one click. This simplifies the process of keeping your email signatures up-to-date and accurate, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

Working with multiple signature designs
Employees can make use of more than one signature design with WiseStamp for Teams (2022). The multi-signature design feature allows for a set of signature designs to be created, and each employee can choose which design to use for every message they send.
This is particularly helpful in cases where the default signature design is too detailed or when organizations need signatures in different languages. It should be noted that the multi-signature design feature is not included in all subscriptions and must be requested from support@wisestamp.com.
The feature is only available for users of the Outlook Add-in (both Outlook Web and Outlook Desktop). If the add-in is already installed, it must be reinstalled to activate the feature.

Brand Awareness & Analytics
Have you heard of WiseStamp’s Brand Visibility feature? Our purpose is to give you the opportunity to boost your brand’s exposure. That’s why we are introducing the Analytics feature. It lets Teams users monitor their brand’s reach.
This feature measures the number of times the user has sent out emails with their signature, excluding anything considered spam or emails sent to no recipients.
This will give you a better idea of the statistics surrounding your company, making it easier for you to make informed marketing decisions. *We want to make sure that you understand that WiseStamp does not observe your emails or obtain personal information in any way.

Creating new campaigns
Do you want to add campaigns to your WiseStamp for Teams signatures? This involves a banner being added to the signatures for a limited amount of time, be it for special promotions, marketing activities, holidays or any other event.
WiseStamp’s Campaigns menu is designed to make it simple, with the following tools:
- Campaign creation tools: An easy-to-use wizard guides you through the creation process in three easy steps.
- Automatic campaign handling: Once you set dates, WiseStamp will automatically add and remove the banner at the right times. You can schedule campaigns for any point in the future.
- Customized campaign use: You can display the banner in all employee signatures, or you can choose to have the banner appear in selected organizational groups (such as Sales).

Working with Email Signature Mapping
WiseStamp generally permits one signature per employee. However, signature mapping provides the ability to connect multiple signatures to a single inbox. This function is especially useful when an organization has a shared inbox, such as support@mycompany or billing@mycompany, which is employed by multiple personnel.
Consequently, everyone can choose either the shared inbox’s default signature or their own individual one.
Note: Signature mapping is not automatically included in every subscription.
To activate this feature, get in touch with support@wisestamp.com. *Mapping is only accessible for users who have the Outlook Add-in. If it’s already installed, the program must be reinstalled. Below are the steps for setting up the desired mapping using the support inbox as an example once the mapping has been enabled for your account.

New employee settings
You have the option to configure activation settings for new employees either manually or automatically. This can involve assigning them to groups, sending out invites, or activating them. You can decide the best way to do this in the ‘New Employees’ section of the Domain Settings.

Assigning roles to Account Users
To maintain employee privacy and account security, every Account User in WiseStamp is assigned a specific role. This article will explain what roles are and how they can be assigned to Account Users. It will also illustrate why it’s important to limit access to certain account features depending on the role of the Account User. For instance, marketing experts need access to campaigns, but no details regarding individual employees are necessary.
WiseStamp offers seven different roles, to accommodate the variety of functions involved in operating your account. Each Account User can be assigned only ONE of these roles.

- Spacing: We now have a new division called spacing. Users can now choose between 3 different spacing types in their email signature, such as compact, normal, and spacious. Allowing users to select their preferred spacing styles.
- Following a new set of Label Icons, In the past, each template had its own set pre-designed label style. Now you can select the annotations of your choice, allowing you to classify your signature details. By choosing from 4 different label styles, such as word labels, initials labels, icons labels, or none of the above.
